LockBox PRO Sync

LockBox PRO is standard on every MyListingfeedback account and does NOT require any software to be downloaded or installed. LockBox PRO synchronizes your showing information from your electronic SentriLock or Supra lockbox into your MyListingFeedback account by searching an agent's lockboxes multiple times throughout the day to determine if any new showings are available. New showing data is automatically retrieved along with the showing agent's contact information and saved into your MyListingFeedback account and the showing agent is instantly sent a feedback request via email. With LockBox Pro, real estate professionals will sell homes faster while making their clients smile by automating the showing feedback process.

The Feedback Stats page displays a summary of showings, responses and response rates with combined stats for each question and a pie chart for easy data consumption. Showing and feedback details are available where individual responses can be viewed.

Showing eBlast

Showing eBlast allows agents to easily broadcast listing announcements to contacts in one easy step. Many filters are included when creating a new eBlast such as, contacts that have shown the home, contact types, contact source, first name and last name. Showing eBlast from MyListingFeedback also includes tokenized support for contact fields, listing fields and listing agent fields. Tokens allow the listing agent to create one email that will be customized for each contact. For instance, you can include contact tokens such as the contact first and last name so the email is personalized resulting in more effective communication. Listing information can be including in the email body such as the listing price, bedrooms, bathrooms, pictures, etc... eBlasts may be sent to a single or many contacts at once.
