How do I sync my showings with SentriLock?
First, you'll need to authorize MyListingFeedback to access your SentriLock account. To do this, click on the "My Account" tab. On your Account page, click on the "Edit" link located under your username.

Scroll down to the "SentriLock LockBox PRO Sync" section. Enter your SentriLock ID and Password into the corresponding fields. Please DO NOT enter your SentriLock Card Number. Instead, enter your SentriLock ID (Username) used to access your SentriLock account. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Submit" button.

Finally, you need to add the SentriLock Lock Box Serial Number to your MyListingFeedback listings. This can be done when creating a new listing or you may edit an existing listing to start synchronizing your showings with MyListingFeedback. Complete this field and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I sync my showings with Supra?
First, you'll need to authorize MyListingFeedback to access your Supra account. To do this, click on the "My Account" tab. On your Account page, click on the "Edit" link located under your username.

Scroll down to the "Supra LockBox PRO Sync" section. Enter your Supra User ID and Password used to access your SupraWEB account. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Submit" button.

You must assign MLS numbers to the corresponding KeyBoxes within your GE SupraWEB account in order for showing data to be synchronized with your MyListingFeedback listings. Please confirm you enter the correct MLS number on both MyListingFeedback and GE's SupraWEB.
