How does your refund policy work?

MyListingFeedback is a pay-as-you-go service. If you decide to cancel at anytime, you will still be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. We do not prorate or refund the monthly subscription payment.

How do I manually send feedback requests for buyer agents who attend an open house?

1) Click on the "My Listings" tab in the blue navigation bar
2) On the "My Listings" page, click on the "Request Feedback" link for the correct Listing
3) Next, select the check box for the corresponding contact(s)
3a) If you need to add a new contact, click on the "create a new contact" link located just below the blue navigation bar
3b) Enter the date of showing and the corresponding time to start sending feedback requests
4) Click on the "Send Feedback Request" button
