How do I change my credit card on file?
You may update your credit card used for monthly MyListingFeedback billing by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the "My Account" tab. On your Account page click on the "Edit" link located under your username. Next, click on the "Billing Information" sub-tab to update your credit card.
I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Forgot your password... no problem, we'll get you back in! First click on the "Log In" tab in the navigation bar. Next, click on the "Request new password" link. Enter your username or e-mail address in the text field and click on the "Email new password" button. You will receive an email with simple instructions to log back in where you can then reset your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the "My Account" tab. On your Account page click on the "Edit" link located under your username. Next, click on the "Billing Information" sub-tab.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. You will receive and email notification confirming you account cancellation and you may re-subscribe at any time.
How does the free trial work?
If you cancel your subscription within your free trial period, you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial free trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. MyListingFeedback is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay the month-to-month subscription fee. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, click on the "My Account" tab. On your Account page click on the "Edit" link located under your username. Enter your new password in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on the "Submit" button and your password will be updated.
