LockBox PRO Service Update

MyListingFeedback has received notification from SentriLock that the showing activity data feed will no longer be supplied due to a pending patent claim. We have discontinued service for the LockBox PRO sync for all electronic lock boxes, until the US Patent Office makes a final decision on the validity of the claims.

MyListingFeedback will continue to support real estate agents with our full suite of showing and scheduling services that are available from the customer dashboard.

LockBox PRO Adds Support for Supra Lockboxes

MyListingFeedback, the industry leader in web-based showing feedback solutions, now supports Supra lockboxes with the enhanced showing synchronization module, LockBox PRO. LockBox PRO was recently released with initial support for SentriLock lockboxes and is included free on every account at MyListingFeedback, where we don't believe in charging for additional modules or add-on features. This definitely proves MyListingFeedback is interested in supporting its agent base and not charging for additional add-on features.

MyListingFeedback Releases New Technology to Automate Showing Feedback

MyListingFeedback, the industry leader in web-based showing feedback solutions, announced today the release of their enhanced showing synchronization module, LockBox Pro.

LockBox Pro searches an agent's lockboxes multiple times throughout the day to determine if any new showings are available and currently works with SentriLock. New showing data is automatically retrieved and the showing agent is instantly sent a feedback request via email.

New Showing eBlast Feature Released

With MyListingFeedback listing agents can now utilize our latest feature, Showing eBlast. Showing eBlast allows agents to easily broadcast listing announcements to contacts in one easy step. Many filters are included when creating a new eBlast such as, contacts that have shown the home, contact types, contact source, first name and last name. Showing eBlast from MyListingFeedback also includes tokenized support for contact fields, listing fields and listing agent fields.

Google Improves Real Estate Map Searching

The search giant Google is starting to take serious competitive steps into the real estate search market as tools like Trulia and Zillow gain increasing traffic. Google has ramped up real estate search functionality within its mapping service maps.google.com/realestate. Slowly the search giant has been improving its real estate listing search, which has been available for years.
